2000

THE REBIRTH OF A VALLEY

The farm was founded first and foremost to bring the care of the land to this valley.

In fact, Roberto and Silvana took care of clearing the surrounding meadows, encouraging the natural return of the meadows and the cultivation of vegetables and fruit.

The partial clearing of old and withered trees has allowed not only the rebirth of an abandoned valley but their reuse for natural heating and furniture construction.

2004

THE RENOVATION

Roberto and Silvana's decision to restore the old family "roof" dating back to the 1800s, preserving its intrinsic authenticity, testifies to their commitment to creating an enterprise aimed at enhancing the mountain environment.

The project aimed to breathe new life into this ruin, transforming it into a centre that recognised and respected the region's historical roots.

2005

INAUGURATION OF THE RESTAURANT AND ROOMS

Our restaurant and holiday farm rooms were designed with the aim of offering our customers a complete experience, enabling them not only to purchase our high-quality produce, such as vegetables, fruit and meat, but also to immerse themselves in the surrounding nature and enjoy moments of relaxation.

2006-2023

COMMITMENT

For more than 18 years, our family has been committed to respecting and enhancing the land around us. This full-time 'work' has allowed us to create a place where nature is respected and cared for at 365 degrees.


This synergy between hospitality and agri-food production reflects our corporate philosophy by promoting the connection with the territory, the valorisation of local products and the overall well-being of our guests.

2024

TODAY: NEW GENERATION AND VALLE ALPINA

The new Valle Alpina farm was created to give the whole family the opportunity to unite with a common goal: the expansion of heifer rearing and the constant care of our land.
