OUR MEAT ON THE TABLE
The meat comes directly from our own herd of Piedmontese heifers, raised on GMO-free feed and hay harvested from the surrounding meadows.
All the culinary preparations we offer are made in-house, using vegetables and fruit grown in our garden.
The pasta is carefully made with eggs from our own hens, while the polenta is made from locally grown and milled ottofile maize, guaranteeing a distinctive flavour.





OUR WINE SELECTION
Our selection of wines, available for tasting at the restaurant, has been individually curated, exclusively from wineries located in the renowned regions of Langhe and Roero. We place particular emphasis on proposing products that enhance the peculiarities of Piedmont and our territory.
Our philosophy is based on the conscious choice of wines from highly qualified wineries, offering our guests the opportunity to appreciate the rich oenological culture of our area.
